Ice Queen Shop is a small online shop in Laos that sells on its Facebook Page. This policy explains what information we handle when you send a message to our Page on Messenger, and how our automatic reply assistant uses it.

1. What we collect

• Messages, photos and stickers you send to the Ice Queen Shop Page on Messenger.
• Your Facebook name and Page-scoped ID, as provided by Messenger with each conversation.
• Order details you choose to give us in the chat (for example product, size, colour, delivery address and phone number).

We do not collect passwords, payment card numbers or any information from outside your conversation with our Page.

2. How we use it

• To answer your questions about our products, prices, sizes and delivery.
• To take and deliver your order.
• To pass your conversation to a person on our team when the assistant cannot help (for example payment slips, complaints or refunds).

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising outside our own Page.

3. Automatic replies (AI assistant)

Some replies on our Page are written by an automatic assistant. To write a reply, the recent messages and photos in your conversation are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service, which processes them only to generate the reply. A person from our team can read every conversation and takes over whenever needed. You can ask to talk to a person at any time.

4. Who we share it with

• Meta Platforms — Messenger delivers the messages between you and our Page.
• Anthropic — the AI service that drafts replies (see section 3).
• Delivery companies — only your name, phone number and address, and only when you place an order.

5. How long we keep it

Your conversation stays in our Page inbox on Messenger. Our assistant keeps a short working log of conversations on a private server so that we can check its answers. We delete your information when you ask us to (see section 6) or when it is no longer needed to serve you.

6. Your choices and data deletion

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send the message "delete my data" to the Ice Queen Shop Page on Messenger, or email keot339@gmail.com. We will delete it from our records within 30 days and confirm to you. Messages that remain in Messenger itself are controlled by Meta; you can delete your copy in the Messenger app.

7. Security

Access tokens and logs are stored on a private server that only the shop owner can access.
